Day 49 of 50: I am inspired by Du Yun, Chinese composer, and her “The Ocean Within” for solo harp.
Listening to “The Ocean Within,” I see glimmering streaks of light tinged with suspense, drifting here and there in a sleepless drawl… strumming my senses and tasting ice-cold, fresh. I collect the hail that sprinkle into the palm of my hand - salt to cast into the sea. Make a wish.
