Day 28 of 50: Today, I am inspired by Eleanor Alberga, Jamaican composer, and her “Dancing with the Shadow” for contemporary dance using clarinet, flute, cello, viola, and celeste.
Listening to “Dancing with the Shadow,” my mind immediately begins to flutter, speaking earnestly with my imagination, tugging on her sleeve to play, now, Play! Imagination laughs and invites curiosity to join her for a little whirl in a land called Reality. What kind of magic will they plant there?
