Day 46 of 50: Today I am inspired by Fatima Al Qadiri, Kuwaiti composer, and her original film score, “Ada and Souleiman,” for the motion picture, “Atlantics.”
Listening to “Ada and Souleiman,” I am riveted by the seas washing over me, reminding me all that I’ve lost and everything I’ve gained. Sinking of my own volition in the burrow of the Unknown, past Dante’s layers, I dive into the inner recesses of my mind, heart, and spirit. Singular. In partnership. A fleeting glimpse of the chaos ebbing and flowing.
